One of my favorite class sessions for the Integrative Learning Project is introducing students to the concept of hero messages, which force students to pin down the goal, content, and audience for the websites they are building.
This particular video gives you a sense of how I set up an in-class exercise connected to a particular theme or concept (in this case, of course, it’s hero messages!).
