I gave this talk to a set of Wesleyan’s Academic Peer Advisors, with the intent of helping them understand how I try to get Wesleyan students to reflect on their academic and other college experiences.

In particular, I wanted the peer advisors to know about the exact steps I took with students in my Integrative Learning Project course, so that they could replicate these steps with the students they advise.
