Managing an accreditation report

In 2018, I presented at a NEASC (now NECHE) workshop on how to manage the process around writing an accreditation interim report.

My favorite part of the slide deck below are slides #4-6, in which I try to conceptualize the different roles and level of knowledge associated with the range of individuals who will work on a report like this.
